		<description>Case in point: Just today, one of the members of a second-level support team called me for some advice on helping a user. She said that she figured since I was giving the training, I knew a lot about the application, so she decided to call me. 

I think that&#039;s all right on occasion, but I just don&#039;t want it to eat up my time.</description>
