I don’t use any MadCap products, but a member of my STC chapter made me (and the rest of the chapter) aware of a page on the MadCap website listing past and upcoming free webinars on technical communication.

You may be surprised that a number of these webinars are advertised as tool independent. Kind of refreshing. There are certainly times that I just want to learn general tech comm practices—let me decide how to work them in to the tools I’m using.

The page is found at http://www.madcapsoftware.com/demos/webinars.aspx. Be prepared to provide some information about yourself when you pick a webinar, possibly for demographic purposes. (I assume that if they wanted to use it for marketing, they’d have to provide a “Yes! Send me MadCap stuff!” check box… but you never know for sure.)
