The system involved several levels of design documents. The course provided only sample ToCs for the various documents. I created templates for the required documents, including blank tables, with dummy text describing how to format different types of text in Word, and put them in the developers' network directory. One developer tried them, and became the advocate who got the others to try them. Shortly thereafter, the company reorganized and eliminated that division. C'est le vie!
