Three different dynamics are going on here: Attracting users to the content, encouraging users to participate in developing the content, and making everything usable.

The first dynamic is about search-engine optimization and stuff like that. The second, because it opens the door to contributors who aren&#039;t trained to be technical writers and because it uses nontraditional tools (e.g., wiki instead of FrameMaker), actually makes the third dynamic more challenging. Challenging, but still indispensable.</description>
